Free standard shipping is available on all orders over ₹5,000 domestically and $250 USD internationally. Orders below these thresholds incur a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout based on destination zone.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags attached. Final sale and limited-edition pieces are non-returnable. Initiate a return through our contact page using your order number.

Size exchanges are offered where stock is available. Please contact support@elome.studio within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the size you require. We will confirm availability and arrange a return label before processing the exchange.

Yes. Each product page includes a detailed size chart covering chest, waist, hip, and inseam measurements in both cm and inches. We recommend measuring against a well-fitting garment rather than your body directly for the most accurate result.

Each product includes specific care instructions — always check the inner label first. Generally: cold machine wash (30°C) for organic cotton pieces, professional dry clean for wool and suiting fabrics, and spot clean only for technical outerwear. Avoid tumble drying to preserve garment structure and shape retention.

Sustainability is embedded in our material selection. We use GOTS-certified organic cotton, recycled boiled wool, and low-impact enzyme washing across all collections.
