Where do you ship?
We ship globally to 120+ countries. All orders are dispatched from our Delhi studio within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–10 working days internationally, 2–4 days domestically. Tracking is provided for all shipments via email confirmation.
How long does delivery take?
Domestic (India): 2–4 business days. International: 5–10 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Express options are available at checkout for select regions. All shipments include full tracking from dispatch to delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over ₹5,000 domestically and $250 USD internationally. Orders below these thresholds incur a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout based on destination zone.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags attached. Final sale and limited-edition pieces are non-returnable. Initiate a return through our contact page using your order number.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Size exchanges are offered where stock is available. Please contact support@elome.studio within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the size you require. We will confirm availability and arrange a return label before processing the exchange.
